We make every effort to ensure product information, specifications, and images are accurate. However, specifications may change without notice as we improve our products. Final specifications are confirmed at the quotation/order stage.
Quotations issued by J.D. Polardio are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of signed Proforma Invoice and applicable deposit. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. Standard payment terms: 30% deposit by T/T at order, 70% balance before shipment. Other terms (L/C, Trade Assurance) may be negotiated for established customers.
Shipping terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP) are agreed in writing for each order. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (force majeure, customs, freight disruption).
Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects:
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or normal wear (e.g., cones, foam surrounds in heavy-touring use).
Defective products must be reported within 30 days of receipt with photos/video evidence. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the defect is confirmed manufacturing-related.
All website content, product designs, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of J.D. Polardio. You may not reproduce or redistribute without written permission. OEM customers retain rights only within the scope of their signed OEM agreement.
Our liability is limited to the contract value of the affected products. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of business, profit, or data.
We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control: natural disasters, war, pandemic, government action, port closures, etc.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
